We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, contact us so we can assist you in getting you the appropriate response:

    • All sales on all products are final in store. We do our best to stock reputable brands and products that we've had experience with. All defective items must be returned to the manufacturer. 

If there is something wrong with your device or purchase, bring it in or give us a call and we will do our best to troubleshoot. Our employees are knowledgeable on most vaping products and can try to work their magic, although we cannot guarantee a fix every time. 

The internet can be your best friend in this process too. Many of the products we carry have videos and guides to troubleshoot your device online, through both the manufacturer and vape gurus on Youtube, and we highly recommend taking a look at those.
